With “A Mythmaker’s Demise”, Lalu celebrate twenty years of progressive rock through an album that brings together past and present. The French band return to their roots with Martin LeMar on vocals and Simon Phillips on drums, alongside Vivien Lalu and Joop Wolters.
Blending progressive rock, electronic elements, melodies and organic arrangements, the album explores the loss of human imagination in the age of artificial intelligence. This concept is already captured in “Tears Of The Muse”, the opening track and the album’s thematic statement.
