🎙️ Quick Five – Flash Interview è la rubrica video de Il Raglio Del Mulo pensata per dare spazio e visibilità agli artisti attraverso cinque domande veloci, dirette e spontanee. Ogni intervista è un breve viaggio nell’universo creativo dei musicisti, per scoprirli in modo autentico e immediato.
Nato come alter ego de La Maschera Di Cera, L’Ombra Della Sera rende omaggio all’affascinante universo degli sceneggiati televisivi italiani degli anni Settanta, quando mistero, esoterismo e fantascienza entravano nelle case degli spettatori attraverso le immagini in bianco e nero della TV di Stato. Ispirato a classici di culto come “Il Segno Del Comando”, “Ritratto Di Donna Velata” e “A Come Andromeda”, il progetto recupera le celebri sigle composte da maestri come Enrico Simonetti, Riz Ortolani e Berto Pisano, reinterpretandole con una forte sensibilità progressive.
“Segreti Nel Nero”, pubblicato da Black Widow Records, è un viaggio attraverso atmosfere oscure e nostalgiche, in cui convivono le suggestioni dark dei Van Der Graaf Generator, i chiaroscuri dei King Crimson, i sinfonismi dei Genesis e la tradizione del progressive italiano degli anni Settanta. Elementi cameristici, psichedelia, jazz e perfino accenti funky si fondono grazie all’impiego di una ricca strumentazione vintage, dando vita a un’opera dal fascino cinematografico e profondamente evocativa. Tra i momenti più intriganti spicca la suite ispirata alle musiche di un mai realizzato adattamento televisivo de “Le Venti Giornate Di Torino” di Giorgio De Maria, recuperate e riportate alla luce attraverso un accurato lavoro di ricerca.

🎙️ Quick Five – Flash Interview is Il Raglio Del Mulo’s video series created to give artists quick and dynamic visibility through five direct and spontaneous questions. Each interview is a short journey into the musicians’ creative universe — real, authentic, and straight to the point.
Born as the alter ego of La Maschera Di Cera, L’Ombra Della Sera pays tribute to the fascinating world of Italian television serials from the Seventies, when mystery, occult themes and science fiction entered people’s homes through the black-and-white broadcasts of the national television network. Inspired by cult classics such as “Il Segno Del Comando”, “Ritratto Di Donna Velata” and “A Come Andromeda”, the project revisits themes originally composed by masters such as Enrico Simonetti, Riz Ortolani and Berto Pisano, reshaping them through a distinctive progressive approach.
Released by Black Widow Records, “Segreti Nel Nero” is a journey through dark and nostalgic atmospheres where the gothic moods of Van Der Graaf Generator, the dramatic textures of King Crimson, the symphonic touch of Genesis and the heritage of Seventies Italian progressive rock meet chamber music influences, psychedelia, jazz and even funky elements. Enriched by an impressive array of vintage keyboards and synthesizers, the album unfolds with a cinematic and evocative spirit. One of its most intriguing moments is a long suite based on the soundtrack of an unrealized TV adaptation of Giorgio De Maria’s cult novel “Le Venti Giornate Di Torino”, whose original scores were rediscovered and brought back to life through meticulous archival research.
