🎙️ Quick Five – Flash Interview è la rubrica video de Il Raglio Del Mulo pensata per dare spazio e visibilità agli artisti attraverso cinque domande veloci, dirette e spontanee. Ogni intervista è un breve viaggio nell’universo creativo dei musicisti, per scoprirli in modo autentico e immediato.
Dalle ombre di Genova emergono i Sarvaega, trio gothic-doom metal nato nel 2025 e autore dell’album d’esordio “Postumo”, pubblicato in formato CD il 5 giugno 2026 da Black Widow Records. Un lavoro che affonda le proprie radici nel gothic metal più classico, contaminato dalla tradizione doom italiana e arricchito da atmosfere oscure, ritualistiche e profondamente evocative.
Guidata dalla visione creativa di Sarvaega, la band ha riesumato e rielaborato un progetto precedente, trasformandolo in una nuova entità artistica insieme a Damiano Logozzo alla chitarra solista e Zazza alla batteria e alle percussioni. Il disco si arricchisce inoltre della collaborazione di Darth Nevis alle chitarre ritmiche e al sitar e dei synth curati da Simone Carbone, dando vita a un sound che fonde malinconia gotica, pesantezza doom e una forte identità underground.
Le influenze di Type O Negative, Cathedral, Paul Chain e Death SS convivono in un’opera che alterna introspezione, teatralità e profondità emotiva. Con sette brani originali e una personale reinterpretazione di “Coven” dei Black Sabbath, “Postumo” si presenta come un viaggio tra memoria, rinascita e contemplazione dell’ombra.
L’album è stato presentato dal vivo il 5 giugno 2026 in occasione della seconda edizione dell’Ars Metal Mentis Doomfest presso il Crazy Bull di Genova, nella stessa giornata della pubblicazione ufficiale del disco.

🎙️ Quick Five – Flash Interview is Il Raglio Del Mulo’s video series created to give artists quick and dynamic visibility through five direct and spontaneous questions. Each interview is a short journey into the musicians’ creative universe — real, authentic, and straight to the point.
Emerging from the dark atmosphere of Genoa, Sarvaega is a gothic-doom metal trio formed in 2025 and the creator of “Postumo”, its debut album released on CD on June 5th, 2026, through Black Widow Records. The record draws deeply from classic gothic metal traditions while embracing the unmistakable spirit of Italian doom, creating a sound that is ritualistic, melancholic and profoundly evocative.
Guided by the artistic vision of Sarvaega, the band resurrected and reshaped an earlier project into a renewed creative entity alongside Damiano Logozzo on lead guitar and Zazza on drums and percussion. Additional contributions from Darth Nevis on rhythm guitars and sitar, together with synthesizers performed by Simone Carbone, enrich the album with a distinctive blend of gothic melancholy, crushing doom atmospheres and underground authenticity.
The influence of Type O Negative, Cathedral, Paul Chain and Death SS resonates throughout a work balancing introspection, theatrical expression and emotional weight. Featuring seven original tracks and a personal interpretation of Black Sabbath’s “Coven”, “Postumo” becomes a journey through memory, rebirth and the contemplation of darkness.
The album was officially presented live on June 5th, 2026, during the second edition of the Ars Metal Mentis Doomfest at the Crazy Bull in Genoa, coinciding with the physical release of the record.
