🎙️ Quick Five – Flash Interview è la rubrica video de Il Raglio Del Mulo pensata per dare spazio e visibilità agli artisti attraverso cinque domande veloci, dirette e spontanee. Ogni intervista è un breve viaggio nell’universo creativo dei musicisti, per scoprirli in modo autentico e immediato.

Con “Index I”, i Pseudobiblion riportano in vita lo spirito più oscuro del Death Doom dei primi anni Novanta, intrecciando pesantezza, malinconia e melodie evocative in un debutto profondamente radicato nella tradizione underground. Nato in Italia dalle esperienze dei membri di Nihili Locus, DVM Spiro e Manhunt, il progetto rende omaggio ai pionieri del genere come Grotesque, Nihilist, Dark Tranquillity, Death e Autopsy, senza rinunciare a una propria identità.

L’album trae ispirazione dall’Index Librorum Prohibitorum e costruisce il proprio immaginario attraverso brani basati su estratti originali di classici della narrativa gotica e horror firmati da Edgar Allan Poe, H.P. Lovecraft, Bram Stoker, Robert Louis Stevenson e altri grandi autori. Il risultato è un viaggio decadente e immersivo dove letteratura e Death Doom si fondono in un’atmosfera inquietante e senza tempo.

🎙️ Quick Five – Flash Interview is Il Raglio Del Mulo‘s video series created to give artists quick and dynamic visibility through five direct and spontaneous questions. Each interview is a short journey into the musicians’ creative universe, real, authentic, and straight to the point.

With “Index I”, Pseudobiblion revive the darkest spirit of early ’90s Death Doom, blending crushing heaviness, melancholy and haunting melodies into a debut deeply rooted in the underground tradition. Formed in Italy by members of Nihili Locus, DVM Spiro and Manhunt, the band pays tribute to genre pioneers such as Grotesque, Nihilist, Dark Tranquillity, Death and Autopsy while forging its own distinctive identity.

Inspired by the Index Librorum Prohibitorum, the album builds its atmosphere through original excerpts taken from classic Gothic and horror literature by Edgar Allan Poe, H.P. Lovecraft, Bram Stoker, Robert Louis Stevenson and other legendary authors. The result is a dark, immersive and decadent listening experience where literature and Death Doom merge into a timeless sonic journey.
