🎙️Quick Five – Flash Interview è la rubrica video de Il Raglio Del Mulo pensata per dare spazio e visibilità agli artisti attraverso cinque domande veloci, dirette e spontanee. Ogni intervista è un breve viaggio nell’universo creativo dei musicisti, per scoprirli in modo autentico e immediato.
Dalle profondità della scena underground di Bristol, i Martyrs Saint stanno costruendo una propria identità all’incrocio tra crossover, hardcore e thrash metal. La loro musica mette insieme groove, impatto e attitudine hardcore con l’energia e l’aggressività del thrash, senza rinunciare a una spiccata ambizione compositiva.
Il debut EP “From Strength To Strength” racchiude questa attitudine in quattro brani caratterizzati da riff muscolari, chitarre taglienti, una sezione ritmica implacabile e una forte componente melodica. Dalla rabbiosa title track a “Enemy Of My Enemy”, passando per l’atmosferica ed emotiva “In Amber” fino all’assalto finale di “The Divine Art Of War”, il disco alterna furia, dinamismo e momenti di maggiore profondità.
Prodotto e mixato da Lucas Fletcher presso Shell City Studios, l’EP punta su un suono enorme e pesante, ma sufficientemente articolato da lasciare respirare ogni strumento. È la fotografia di una band nata nel vivo della scena underground del South West inglese e intenzionata a trasformare la propria energia live in una proposta musicale personale e riconoscibile.

🎙️ Quick Five – Flash Interview is Il Raglio Del Mulo’s video series created to give artists quick and dynamic visibility through five direct and spontaneous questions. Each interview is a short journey into the musicians’ creative universe — real, authentic, and straight to the point.
Hailing from the depths of Bristol’s underground scene, Martyrs Saint are forging their own identity at the crossroads of crossover, hardcore and thrash metal. Their music combines the groove, impact and attitude of hardcore with the energy and aggression of thrash, while retaining a strong sense of compositional ambition.
Their debut EP “From Strength To Strength” captures that attitude across four tracks driven by muscular riffs, razor-sharp guitars, an uncompromising rhythm section and a strong melodic component. From the furious title track and “Enemy Of My Enemy” to the atmospheric and emotional “In Amber” and the final assault of “The Divine Art Of War”, the release moves between sheer aggression, dynamic songwriting and moments of greater depth.
Produced and mixed by Lucas Fletcher at Shell City Studios, the EP delivers a huge and heavy sound while remaining detailed enough to let every instrument breathe.
